mHoneydew Sequence

mHoneydew was derived from mRFP1.1 with the following mutations: Y67W/E144A/S146T/S147T/T195I/I197G

Note: Amino acid 147 is inconsistently reported: Fig 2 in Shaner et al. (2004) and patent WO2006024041A2 (Fig 48A) show 147S. However, the GenBank AAV52171, patent WO2006024041A2 (Fig 44), SnapGene, and Addgene 91760 sequences all have 147T. Here we use 147T which is likely to be found in most plasmids.
