QuaDBio Nikon Ti2

We have a SOLA SEII white LED light source, which I think is identical to the SOLA 395 spectrum. The "Brightness" value is a good indication. I chose the Broadband definition as we do not have lasers but a lamp with a broad spectrum (see the description on FPbase by clicking the "i" next to the "Brightness" value. Basically, "Brightness" is the Area of the overlap of fluorophore excitation and lamp/filter/dichroic emission spectrum divided by the area under the curve of the fluorophore excitation spectrum).
